Care

  • To protect your mattress from stains and spills, we highly recommend using a mattress protector; This will also help with the overall health and lifespan of your mattress.
  • We do not recommend applying liquids to the product; Applying liquids may stain the fabric and make the soiled area worse; Moisture or chemicals applied directly to the mattress can cause premature breakdown of the foam and damage the product.
  • We suggest applying baking soda to the soiled area, let stand about 15 minutes, vacuum, and repeat as needed; Air the product out as much as possible.

What is Zoned Support?

Zoned comfort brings comfort where it matters most. The 800 unit coil support system offers three support zones with targeted support for your lower back and hips and cradled comfort everywhere else. To create the right comforts, plush models feature a slightly plusher coil and medium and firm models feature a firmer coil. 

Does this mattress sleep cool?

The Serta Classic has a breathable cover that allows the sleeper’s body heat to dissipate, keeping the surface from holding heat. The Level 2 models contain Cool Twist Gel Memory Foam which promotes additional airflow and heat dissipation.

How thick are the Serta Classic models?

The Serta Classic models will vary in height from 10" to 12.5" depending on the comfort model. All models are considered to be standard size, and you can use standard size sheets with these mattresses.

Can the Serta Classic be flipped? 

No, the Serta Classic mattresses were not intended to be flipped. These mattresses have a dedicated top and bottom so flipping them is not required or recommended.
